ISelectionHandles

Implements:ITouchHandles

Selection-handle capability for touch interaction: two draggable endpoints the user moves to adjust selection boundaries. The entity owns its presentation; the selectable — or the editable that has taken its touch interaction over — only drives it.

Remarks

Show is called when a selection is established, UpdatePositions while it remains visible, and Hide when the selection collapses or focus is lost.

PrefabSelectionHandles
Presents the shipped Unity-UI selection and insertion handles from a prefab shared through the touch overlay. The managed entity remains owned by one selectable while the prefab instance is resolved lazily and can be shared by multiple fields.

Shows both selection endpoints.

Hides both selection endpoints.

Updates both endpoints from the current owner state.

public Action<Vector2> AnchorDragged

Occurs when the user is dragging the anchor handle. The parameter is the drag position in screen coordinates, to be hit-tested into the new anchor codepoint.

Occurs when the user is dragging the focus handle. The parameter is the drag position in screen coordinates, to be hit-tested into the new focus codepoint.

public Action SelectionHandleDragStarted

Occurs when a selection-handle drag begins (either handle) — a cue to hide transient UI such as the context menu for the duration of the drag.

Occurs when a selection-handle drag ends (either handle).
