Renders a horizontal line through the middle of the text (strikethrough effect).
Remarks
The line position is the primary font's strikethroughOffset, or half its x-height when the font states none — one height for the whole stripe whatever fonts the runs beneath it come from. Supports line breaks and color inheritance from the text.
