Syntax a MathParseRule reads formulas from.
public static readonly MathDelimiters Tags = 0<math>...</math> tags.
public static readonly MathDelimiters LatexInline = 1LaTeX inline math, \(...\) and $...$, and mhchem chemistry and quantities, \ce{...} and \pu{...}. A dollar sign opens before a non-space and closes after a non-space that no digit follows, within one paragraph, as Pandoc reads it, so $20 and $30 stays text.
public static readonly MathDelimiters LatexDisplay = 2LaTeX display math, \[...\], $...$ and the equation, displaymath, align, gather, multline, flalign, alignat and eqnarray environments with their starred forms, each set in display style on a centred line of its own. The unstarred environments other than displaymath number their equations, and \tag tags any display formula.
