Matches one LaTeX text command, \name{content}, for the modifier it is paired with: \textbf with a bold modifier, \emph with an italic one, \textcolor with a colour modifier.

Remarks

With TakesParameter the command's first brace group is the modifier's parameter, as in \textcolor{red}{content}; an [HTML] model before it turns a hex value into #value. A command whose content group never closes stays text.
