IPhaseModifier
abstract
A modifier that renders one exact state per phase value, whatever glyph or effect machinery it is built on — the surface that reaches the phase of every such effect without naming a concrete modifier type. Collect them with UniTextBase.GetModifiers<T>.
Remarks
Each effect counts its own rate parameter — frequency, rate, travel — per phase unit, so one phase unit is one second while Clock runs.

CCCC
GlitchModifier
RGB-split glitch bursts: during a burst the glyph doubles into magenta and cyan copies pushed in opposite directions under a crisp original, with horizontal jerks and rare blink-outs. Re-rolls Rate times per phase unit; deterministic per phase, so scrubbing reproduces the same bursts. A colour glyph under the Apply policy gets the jerks, the blink-outs and silhouette fringes; its picture stays in its own layer.
GlyphParamModifier<TParams>
Base for phase-driven glyph modifiers: resolves each range's parameters through the cascade into a TParams set and hands it, with the range's resolved phase, to OnGlyph for every rendered glyph the range covers. Renders one exact state per phase value, which Clock advances by itself unless it is left to an external drive. Parameters re-resolve before every mesh rebuild, so driving them re-renders the mesh without re-applying ranges.
MarqueeModifier
Scrolls the whole text horizontally inside its RectTransform, like a news ticker or a song title wider than its label.
ScrambleModifier
Decode effect: unresolved characters render as random glyphs from Charset and settle into the real text left-to-right as Progress grows. Phase churns the random picks, on Clock or on an external drive. Deterministic per phase; the layout never reflows — replacements draw in the real glyphs' cells.
Animation input in abstract time units, weakest stage of every covered range's phase cascade. Seconds Clock has advanced add to the value a range resolves.
